01 Purpose.
Open Graph (OG) images are displayed in social media URLS to TELUS Digital’s pages. Currently, the OG images are inconsistent or non-existent. The purpose of this task is to establish consistency throughout Telus.com for a better overall experience for our users.
02 Requirements.
Images should help facilitate understanding of the page and the content.
Evergreen imagery where possible.
Align with hero image where possible.
Different sizes for landing pages vs sub-pages (anything less than 600px wide displays as a smaller image).
Approach: lifestyle imagery with device in use.
Landscape image at 1200 x 630 (1.9:1).
